Sign Language is a dynamic and growing sign shop specializing in high-quality signage solutions for businesses and organizations. We pride ourselves on creativity, precision, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are looking for an experienced manager to oversee daily operations, assist our team, and ensure the smooth production of high-quality signage.
Potential respondent’s would eventually be responsible for:
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day sign production, ensuring timelines are met, quality standards are upheld, and client specifications are followed.
Team Leadership: Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Project Coordination: Communicate with clients and ensure the delivery of finished products that meet or exceed expectations.
Quality Control: Ensure that all signage produced adheres to company quality standards, including accuracy, and adherence to deadlines
Equipment & Inventory: Manage the maintenance of shop equipment (printers, vinyl cutters, etc.) and maintain inventory of supplies and materials. Oversee and schedule fleet maintenance.
Cost Control: Work with management to control costs, improve efficiencies, and stay within project budgets.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office 365 and general IT acumen. Routers, Wifi, Browsers etc.
Leadership: Manage performance, foster a collaborative work culture and provide assistance to team members to achieve success.
Client Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with clients to understand project requirements.
Problem Solving: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve production-related issues.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and quality to ensure the highest standards in all projects.
