Full-time Maintenance Technician-Building

Our Affordable Seniors Housing Complex is looking for someone who’s a hands on, multi-talented individual to join our team. Must have strong decision making skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple demands and have effective time management skills. Able to work independently or together with different teams to assure residents get timely service repairs. Be able to work in varied climate conditions. Must have previous experience and a valid drivers license. Landscaping experience, ability to lift up to 50lbs., knowledge of WHMIS are all an asset.
