Seeking Part Time Household Assistant

Our family is currently searching for a part-time household assistant. I am a single parent raising two daughters (3 and 11). I run a small business and we have a busy calendar of activities each week. I am looking for help a few days a week on an ongoing basis. Days and hours can be negotiable but I’m thinking probably about 8-12 hours per week. Our busiest days of the week are Mon-Thurs.

Duties will include:
– Meal prep/getting dinner started
– House cleaning/tidying
– Dishes
– Some laundry (folding/steaming)
– Occasional small errands for the household
– Shuttling eldest child to dance class on occasion

Our ideal candidate will be warm, fun-loving and a great communicator. She/he will have a love of children and a passion for creating healthy meals and keeping a clean and organized living space. Our family’s main meals are gluten free, so some existing knowledge of cooking gluten free would be an asset. Must have own transportation.

Pay will be competitive and negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
