Restaurant Positions

Edgewater Park Lodge located on beautiful Sand Lake, Kearney is looking to hire an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Manager for Red Canoe Restaurant.

Duties include but not limited to:
· Oversee day-to-day front of house operations
· Serving shifts
· Create and maintain operation FOH procedures for staff
· Recruit, train and create schedule for the FOH team
· Maintain inventory of supplies needed for FOH
· Oversee, plan and organize events held at Edgewater Park Lodge and Red Canoe Restaurant
· Maintain Social media pages for Restaurant
· Work with BOH for menu planning for Restaurant and Events

Assets:
· 2 years experience
· Excellent people and communication skills
· Organization and time management
· Computer savvy with previous experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
· Smart Serve Certified

We are also looking for a Line Cook. We are open year round and cater to cottagers, families, ATVers, snowmobilers, weddings and special events.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Must have reliable transportation.
