This is a great opporunity. We are well established property management company that has properties within the Niagara Region. We are looking for an individual who can offer some flexibility for small and large jobs and various types of maintenance duties. This individual should be user friendly with their cell phone to access work orders, creating invoices, etc. This opportunity is for a contractor only. You set your own rates. Access to your own vehicles and tools would be an asset.
