Position: General Contractor (Finishing Specialist)

Responsibilities:
Manage and execute renovation projects from start to finish.
Ensure all finishing work meets the highest standards (tiling, painting, drywalling, flooring, trim work, etc.).
Collaborate with clients, designers, and other team members to deliver exceptional results.
Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years experience in general contracting, with a focus on finishing work.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
