We are looking for a professional individual to prepare food in accordance to the specifications of the executive chef. Support chef in preparing food items and keeping food prep area clean and sanitary
Duties and Responsibilities:-
– [ ] Setup stations according to restaurant guidelines.
– [ ] Prepare food as required for daily operations, keeping a clean and sanitary environment.
– [ ] Restock items as required throughout shifts.
– [ ] Follow recipes, portion control and presentation set by restaurant standards.
– [ ] Maintaining food quality and safety standards are adhered to.
– [ ] Use and maintain all kitchen equipment.
– [ ] Assist in cleaning, sanitizing and organizing the kitchen.
– [ ] Perform any other duties requested by managers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
– [ ] Should be able to work individually.
– [ ] Strong work ethics and positive team attitude.
– [ ] Effective communication skills.
– [ ] Ability to lift 50lbs
– [ ] One year experience in food industry.
– [ ] Able to work long hours
– [ ] Available to work on weekends and holidays.
– [ ] Able to commute to work.
