Chef de Partie

Bight Restaurant

Bight is looking for a Chef de Partie for the Pizza and Pasta section during dinner service.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and execute all dishes in the Pizza/Pasta section.
-Ensure high-quality ingredients and presentation.
-Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth dinner service.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of pizza and pasta preparation.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-Safe food handling certification
-Must be available to work Wedesnday to Sunday Evenings.
