Paver Operator

Exca Solutions Inc currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to join our team. As an Paver Operator, you will be responsible for building and paving asphalt surfaces using heavy equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Duties:

– Operate heavy equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers to build and pave asphalt surfaces
– Follow project specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality work
– Prepare the worksite by cleaning and clearing debris
– Measure and mark areas for asphalt placement
– Load and unload materials and equipment as needed
– Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an Asphalt Paver Operator or similar role
– Proficient in operating heavy equipment used in asphalt construction
– Strong knowledge of asphalt materials, mixtures, and application techniques
– Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
– Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and lifting
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
