$18.50 – $28.00. Position on Kitchener-Waterloo Insulation Crew

We are a successful insulation company based out of Kitchener – Waterloo. We focus on quality workmanship to deliver an excellent finished product for our new home builders and homeowners.

We are looking to hire an individual who wants a job where pay increases based on their work ethic. This is not your typical .25 cent raises every 3 months like fast food or chain stores. Having your own personal vehicle to get yourself to the shop every morning is preferred, but not required if we can accommodate pickup. Your starting wage will be based on your experience and whether you have your own vehicle to get to the shop. No experience and no vehicle, but good work ethic starts at $18.50.
