Looking for Cleaner/Organizer

I’m looking for a cleaner and organizer to help with cleaning and organizing my things. I have several boxes of things that need to be organized properly and perhaps some things listed for sale, etc. I suspect it will take multiple sessions for an initial clean and then I would like to have you in regularly for maintenance cleaning.
This is a basement apartment with 2 small bedrooms (1 completely empty, 1 not), 1 bathroom, and a living room area.
I’m on limited income due to illness so if you charge a ridiculous amount, then please don’t reply to this ad. If you don’t understand that, here’s a clue: my doctor went through a 4 year bachelors, 4 years of med school, and then years of residency training. If you charge more than he makes per hour to clean my house, you’re being ridiculous.
