Position: Chef
Location: Kitchener, Anokhi inspired Indian Cuisine
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and contemporary Indian dishes
– Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and consistency
– Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily operations
– Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
– Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
– Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall dining experience

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a chef in an Indian restaurant or similar setting
– Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
