Ideal Talents is currently looking for General Labourers in Scarborough for Long Term, Short Term and 1 Day Assignments. We specialize in helping workers find temporary, part-time and/or full-time assignments for Industrial positions across the GTA.

As a General Labourer, youll be working in one or more of these departments, as needed for that days production:

Hanging
Packing

Shifts:
AM Hanging Shift starts at 7:00 AM (you must be onsite at 6:30 AM)
AM Packing Shift starts at 7:30 AM (you must be onsite at 7:00 AM)
Only 16 spots are available per shift

Pay:
$17/hour for Hanging Shift.
$16/ hour for Packing Shift

Note: The first 16 workers to arrive have the option to go on the Hanging shift ($17/hr.), even if they are scheduled for Packing shift ($16/hr.). So try to arrive early!

• You must wear long sleeves
• If you wear a Turban, please advise your recruiter

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Fluent in English and good communication skills
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping the work area clean
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped
• Must be willing to perform physical work which may include heavy lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Understand and adhere to all health and safety policies in the workplace
• Adhere to winter entry and screening protocols
• Must have Safety shoes. Hardhats and PPE will be provided
• Must be over 18
