Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holding others accountable, educating, and leading others. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding and mentoring individuals to achieve their goals. You are joining a Beta tested start up company with leaders in the health , fitness, financial Industry. If you are passionate about helping others live their authentic best lives this may be the opportunity for you. One Week intensive training provided.

Duties
– Supervise and mentor individuals in various activities
– Provide administrative support for team operations
– Collect and analyze data to assess performance and progress
– Deliver engaging public and private speaking sessions to motivate and inspire
– Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote programs
– Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide team members effectively
– Assist in recruiting new team members
– Manage projects related to coaching programs

Qualifications
– Proven experience in coaching or related field
– Strong ability in data collection and analysis
– Excellent public speaking skills
– Knowledge of marketing principles
– Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire others
– Experience in recruiting talent
– Proficiency in project management techniques
– A passion for educating and developing individuals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
