Senior seeking a paid bordom breaker

I am an active, somewhat healthy senior with many life skills trying to obtain a paid bordom breaking position. Experience in HVAC to some extent, boilers, multi-family complex’s, interior and exterior maintenance and the list goes on. Am not looking for a full-time with overtime or anything like that. Hoping to find a part-time job that could use my knowledge but still benefit from it. Have built and maintained highways. Renovated homes and educational institutions. Was a decent hand taper back when the machines did not exist. Quite enjoyed doing touch-ups and repairs. Have hotel maintenance experience and did graduate canadore’s maintenance management diploma program with honors. Again, I am a senior with senior limits, but not as many limits as some. Active bicycle rider, enjoy floating in the kayak, walking the dog and being outdoors. Am considering hanging up the driver’s license in the next year or so and am not cut out to be a school bus or taxi driver. Sales and commission has never been a passion either. Manual labour was once a part of employment but that was a decade or so ago. I will entertain any leads that come my way and thank you in advance
