Forklift Operator

Responsibilities:

– Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials
– Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
– Perform daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
– Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
– Maintain inventory accuracy by properly documenting materials moved and stored
– Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations
– Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

– Valid forklift operator certification
– Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting
– Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures and best practices
– Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
– Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
