Laborer and house cleaner

Minimum wage part time
Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and surfaces.
• Assist with moving and organizing furniture and other items.
• Perform general labor tasks such as yard work, painting, and minor repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Clean up the debris from construction, need to be able to demo bathrooms.
Help with drywall and insulation
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning and labor needs.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cleaning or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
