Looking for a short term caregiver for my son

I’m looking for a caretaker or PSW for my son, my husband and I just bought a new house which is a major fixer-upper so we’re in the process of a whole home renovation before we can move in but we already closed on our previous home so we’re staying at a hotel this month until the new house is move-in ready.
I have two children (17 and 24) my son is my eldest and was recently in an ATV accident which broke both of his arms and has rendered him quite dependent most days. My daughter volunteers at summer camp all summer long so she’s away and my husband and I both work and cannot work remotely unfortunately so mornings to evenings my son’s alone at the hotel, I don’t think he seems to mind since he’s got his video game machine all set up and can still play his games despite his situation but getting him ready in the morning is too difficult of a task for him to do by himself and my husband and I have to leave early in the morning for work so we’re not able to complete most of his morning routine.
He doesn’t need company or help with minor tasks like getting food and what not, just somebody to help him get ready in the morning, get him up, showered and dressed for the day. He’s a very polite and respectful boy so he won’t be difficult, and he’s still very independent even with his limited mobility but the showering and getting dressed alone is a challenge for him.
He only needs assistance for maybe 30 mins in the morning and that’s it for him as he can manage to feed himself and entertain himself during the day until my husband and I come back home. We can pay cash if you prefer and would just be looking for 30 mins in the morning 3 days a week or two days a week as we’re home on weekends to care for him, you could do Mon, wed & Fridays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. It wouldn’t be too early in the morning as he is not an early riser.
