Schedule: 40 hours/week, 52 weeks per year

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including diverse ingredients and meats, following customer orders and maintaining high standards of freshness and quality.
Operate kitchen equipment and meat-cutting tools with expertise to efficiently prepare meals.
Coordinate and oversee the activities of kitchen staff to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels, track ingredient usage, ensure food freshness, and promptly replenish any depleted items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Plan and develop menus thoughtfully, accurately calculate portion sizes, estimate food requirements and costs, and manage inventory to align supply with customer demand.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 years of cook experience and/or related kitchen experience;
• Ability to safely utilize knives and equipment.
• Ability to attend work as scheduled, working various schedules and shifts throughout normal business hours
• Ability to work to various temperature environment, for example low temperature in the refrigerator and high temperature in the cooking area
• Food Safe Handling Certificate
Educational Requirements:
• High school or equivalent
