handy man/driver of truck with dump trailer

Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance in apartment units all around niagara region. Maintain a record of performed maintenance tasks with paperwork. Keep hand tools, power tools, and supplies organized and clean. Must be able to drive truck with dump trailer with ease. Heavy lifting, fast paced environment. Must be able to work with others and must be reliable. We do have to work and deal with apartment units that have bed bugs, cockroachs or other bugs at times, so must be comfortable with dealing with those situations. (Protective gear is provided)
Examples: Clean out apartment units of items left from tenants. Clean around garbage bins in complex buildings. Patch walls, install new doors etc. Must be reliable. Starting at 25hr plus bonuses!! Monday to Friday, with weekends and holidays off.
