Asap assistant to move around furniture

I need a handy Man to help me move around furniture as I am rearranging the house. $15 per hour minimum of 4hrs-5hrs/
Doesn’t need to be a professional.

Bed frame dismantling and put it down to storage , move couch with my help and tidy up place and etc . I need it today asap . Thank you
