Wanted : Carpenter for odd jobs (retired?)

Wanted: Carpenter (Retired?) for odd jobs including but not limited to basement stairs and landing, installing front and rear exterior doors (plus capping )building a kitchen pantry cupboard and framing of a basement (2X6).
Also individual looking for extra income removing a chimney.
