Job Title: Welding Supervisor
Salary: $29/hour (OT after 40 hours)
Shift: 4:30 pm – 3:00 am

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team! As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of welders to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and on-time. If you have a strong background in welding supervision and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:
Must be able to read in both metric and imperial systems
3-5 years’ experience in supervising welding staff
CWB certified for 3mm above flat/horizontal carbon steel FCAW/MCAW

Responsibilities:
Manage assigned manufacturing team members to ensure product quality, efficient work habits, and on-time completion of work orders
Identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve productivity and quality, reduce cost, decrease scrap and product rework
Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff, setting performance standards
Weld steel beams to create structures for building construction projects that will be transported to other locations
