Work Hours: Minimum 10-12 hours per day

Job Description:
Syncare Comfort is seeking skilled and dedicated HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. We specialize in providing top-quality HVAC services across Ontario, and we are currently expanding our operations in the Ottawa region.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid G2 License.
Preferred: 313A Certification.

Must possess own tools and a reliable van.

Ability to work in the Ottawa region.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage of $45.
Minimum of 10-12 hours of work per day.
Mileage reimbursement: 20 miles covered by technician, after coverage at 50 cents per mile.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
Work independently and manage time efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Provide exceptional customer service.
