I am Looking for a handyman to redo or repair the basement entrance side roof.

I am looking for a Handyman for Roof framing 10 ft. long and 8 ft. wide for walkout entrance.
Remove the existing roof and rebuild the framing, install plywood and roof.
We are old and disabled couples and struggling financially. If anyone is willing to help us with generosity and give me a fair quote, that will be more helpful.
