JP Grill & Bar / JP Events Centre is a well-established food & beverage venue, serving a mix of Chinese and Western cuisine. In addition to the restaurant, our events centre regularly hosts a variety of functions, including wedding receptions, fundraisers, band/dance nights, comedy shows, and even wrestling events. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced server with a minimum of 3 years of table service experience to join our team. As part of the JP Grill & Bar / JP Events Centre, you will be working in a high-energy setting where the ability to excel under pressure is essential.

Requirements:

– Minimum 3 years of serving experience (required)
– Valid ProServe and RealFacts certifications (required – please bring to the interview)
– Ability to handle high-volume service during events and busy dining hours
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– A team player with a positive attitude

– Server manual and menus for you to familiarize yourself with our offerings
– Flexible, part-time or casual hours
– Hourly pay: $15.00-$16.00
– Additional pay through tips

Schedule:
– Day shifts
– Monday to Friday
– Night shifts
– Weekends
