person with carpentry skills

Individual with good carpentry skills willing to build hand rails on three sets of stairs as well as cover cement stairs with a nice wood finish and handrail.Existing wood needs to be firstly removed from the cement stairs (shown in photo) One set of wooden stairs has up and down stairs on two sides. Must have references and be able to show where previous work was completed. This work/job not required till first week in September. You will let me know what supplies are needed and I will supply that. Offering $20 per hour for this work if willing to work hourly to complete this work and advise number of hours you feel would be required for this. We accept that an additional hour or two may be needed. When this is completed we may be able to offer you another similar assignment depending on your work skills. And you have your own tools. I have some equipment as well. Seniors and/or military encouraged to apply for this job.
