Looking for babysitter to care for 3 year old overnight for one

I need someone to care for my 3 year old son for roughly a 24-hour period (from October 12, 2024 around lunch time to October 13th, 2024). The person can care for my son at my home and spend the night here. Food will be provided.
Pay is negotiable but I’m thinking a flat rate of $250 would be fair.
