Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Duties
– Assist with data collection, entry, and maintenance of HR records and databases
– Coordinate recruitment activities using platforms such as iCIMS and Lever
– Provide support in training development and employee relations initiatives
– Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures
– Assist in HR projects as needed
Qualifications
– Familiarity with HR management systems.
– Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and manage complex spreadsheets.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
