Construction Project Manager – Dieppe, New Brunswick

Perfection Realty is one of the largest land developers in Dieppe, New Brunswick. It has been established since 1997. Its main focus is building apartment buildings and commercial properties.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of our multiple apartment building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Oversees total construction to ensure the project is constructed as per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction project, including subcontractor selection, procurement, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Inspect work progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project plans
- Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
– Keeps all parties informed of potential opportunities and challenge, and managing stakeholders’ expectations through appropriate form of communication
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among project team members
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project correspondence
– Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing the construction of residential or commercial buildings
– 5-15 years of progressive construction experience, with leadership and mentoring skills preferred
– In-depth knowledge of construction industry, processes, building materials, construction specifications, methods and procedures, construction law and building codes, and safety and quality management practices
– demonstrated experience implementing a strong safety culture by application of health, safety and environment principles and legislation
– Excellent leadership and team management skills
– Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
– Bilingual would be an asset, but not a requirement.
We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, along with the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging construction projects.
Salary range between $75,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience)
