Operations Support Representative

Manpower is looking for a detail- oriented and customer focused Operations Support Representative to join our client’s team in Etobicoke, ON. Our client is a leading integrated freight, package, and logistics provider.

In this role you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the internal teams , ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of day to day operations.

Job Title: Operations Support Representative
Shift Timings: M-F 4:15pm-10:15pm
Pay Rate: $17/hr

What’s the job?

• Data entry of inbound return shipments
• Preparation of manifest
• Handling returns
• Scanning parcels

What’s needed?

• Computer software experience is a requirement (especially excel and outlook)
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
• Knowledge of all operational procedures, product and services
• Must exhibit strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift 70lbs
• Team player
• PC literate, excellent with data entry skills
• Excellent organizational skills-ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently
• CSA approved steel toed shoes/boots required
