Dominion Tile is a leading provider of high-quality flooring solutions, offering a wide range of products and services to both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Flooring Estimator and Scheduler to join our dynamic team.

The Flooring Estimator and Scheduler will be responsible for evaluating flooring project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and scheduling installations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and measurements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for flooring materials, labor, and other expenses.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates, schedules, and communications.
• Assist with project planning and budgeting as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Flooring Estimator, Scheduler, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawing
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
