Handyman

We are looking for a handyman to help with the Maintenance of our properties. This includes a wide variety of duties including:
– Landscaping
– basic plumbing repairs
– basic electrical repairs
– demo work
– assisting in small construction jobs
– transporting supplies
We don’t expect the candidates to be experts in everything. Having some reasonable construction knowledge, a valid drivers license, the ability to work independently, and being a good communicator are key.
Wages are negotiable based on experience. We are looking for someone who we can trust to take on more duties. We don’t mind paying more for an experienced mature candidate.
