Class 1 Drivers Needed!

Position: Class 1 Driver (Temporary)
Employment Type: Temporary, Full-time
Duration: Immediately – end of October.
About Us:
We are an agricultural operation based out of Southern Alberta. As we are currently in the midst of the busy harvest season, we are seeking dedicated Class 1 Drivers to join our team immediately.
Responsibilities:
– Operate Class 1 trucks with manual transmissions to transport corn silage and grain from field to storage locations.
– Safely drive in rural and farm areas during varying weather and field conditions.
– Work closely with combine operators to transport grain efficiently during the harvest.
– Load and unload silage and grain as required, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
– Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
– Fill out paperwork as required.
– Assist with other farm tasks as necessary during downtime.
– Follow all safety regulations and company protocols.
– Ability to work as a team.

Qualifications:
– Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
– Experience in agricultural trucking, especially during grain harvest and silaging, is preferred.
– Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and Saturdays during peak periods. No Sunday work.
– Physically capable of handling outdoor and demanding work environments.
– Strong commitment to safety and detail-oriented driving.
