Full-Time Nanny Needed for 2 Kids (Special Needs Experience) in

Family Description: We are looking for a full-time nanny to care for our two children, a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old with autism, with plans to welcome another child in the future. Both parents work from home and will be present during the day in our home office. We need someone experienced with special needs children, especially in creating a nurturing, active, and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide care and supervision for a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old with autism.
Plan and engage in outdoor activities, educational play, and teaching opportunities.
Prepare meals for the children.
Light housekeeping duties related to the children’s activities.
Pre-plan and organize daily schedules and activities for the children.
Drive the children as needed (vehicle provided).

Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with special needs children, particularly autism.
Comfortable working in a home where both parents are present but in an office during the day.
Enjoys spending time outdoors and planning physical activities.
Creative, motivated self-starter who enjoys teaching and engaging children.
Physically active and able to keep up with two young children.
Capable of pre-planning activities and creating a structured, fun daily routine.
Full-time availability.
