Subaru of Moncton is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team!

As an Administrative Assistant with Subaru of Moncton, you play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Head Office team while also managing front desk operations. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Corporate Head Office location.

Wage Range: $18.50 – 22.00/hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling interviews, meetings, and appointments for Head Office staff.
  • Handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, job applicants, and external partners in a timely manner.
  • Ensure effective communication between HR and other departments within the organization.
  • Input data accurately into HR systems and databases.
  • Generate reports and presentations using Microsoft Office or other software tools as required.
  • General administrative tasks, as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and terminology is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or Human Resources are a plus.
