Live-In Room Exchange for Part-Time Nanny/Housekeeper in North V

Hello! We are a friendly family of four—mom, dad, and two wonderful kids in grades 4 and 2—along with our small, friendly dog. We live in a beautiful home in the Canyon Heights area of North Vancouver and are offering a spacious bedroom in our legal suite. The suite includes a private bedroom, full kitchen, private bathroom, and separate laundry. All utilities are included.
In exchange for $500 rent, we are seeking 45-50 hours of housekeeping help. The rent and work exchange are flexible and negotiable. This is perfect for someone who already has a part-time or full-time nanny job and needs a place to live at a very reasonable price and deal. Additional babysitting or extra tasks may be required, with either extra pay or deductions from the rent.
