Job Title: Health and Wellness Receptionist

Location: Paradise Wellness, Mississauga, ON

Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic Health and Wellness team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role is vital in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:
Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing them with information about our services, and assisting with check-ins and appointments.
Appointment Scheduling:
Manage scheduling of client appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. Handle rescheduling and cancellations with professionalism.
Administrative Duties:
Perform various administrative tasks including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining accurate client records.
Billing and Payments:
Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
Facility Management:
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist with maintaining a comfortable environment for clients and staff.
Communication:
Liaise with health and wellness practitioners to relay important client information and updates.
Problem Resolution:
Address client concerns and issues promptly, seeking solutions and escalating matters as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred, ideally in a health and wellness or related environment.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of office equipment.

Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Professionalism: A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of health and wellness principles is a plus.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certification or training in office administration or customer service is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with potential for occasional weekend or evening shifts. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.
