Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, Punjabi, or Gujarati. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
-Provide knowledgeable and personalized recommendations based on customers’ preferences and needs.
-Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
-Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
-Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
-Other duties at the shop as required

Requirements:
-Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, or Gujarati.
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
-Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
-Energetic, proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
-Strong build and active lifestyle to assist with store maintenance and stocking.
-Enthusiastic about the jewelry industry and committed to professional growth.
-Available Tues-Sun (Full-time)
