Looking for a Reliable and flexible full-time Nanny/housekeeper

We are in search of someone who has a nurturing spirit and is adept at providing exceptional care for our infant. In addition to childcare, the ideal candidate should be well-versed in housekeeping, meal prep, and pet care.

We live in a large house in Port Moody on a hill near Transit, the library and recreation center.
We are seeking someone who is dependable, flexible and loves to tidy.
The ideal candidate is in decent physical shape and loves the outdoors. We often stroll to Port Moody library and rec center for classes or to just play in the park. A bonus is someone who is a great swimmer or at least familar with pool and water safety.
We have a cuddly senior orange cat who needs a lot of love and attention. Cleaning his litter box, feeding, brushing, cuddling and cleaning any kitty mishaps are a part of this job.
My husband has a full-time job in film working long unpredictable hours. I am home 80% of the time but need assistance with childcare, cat care and house cleaning/meal prep/various tasks in and around the house.
Cleaning the house, meal preparations are part of this job.

Your work week:
Occasionally I take work in Film. The hours are unpredictable, last minute and long. In order for me to work we need someone who is dependable and flexible on these days. This is an important reason why we need a nanny instead of doing daycare.
Typically your schedule would be M-F between the hours of 12pm and 7pm. Though we need someone who is flexible to work the occassional longer day, overnight or weekend. We would give as much advance notice when the schedule deviates.

This job ideally starts in October ranging from 30-40 hours per week. $25/hour is the gross rate. There is possible overtime hours paid at time and a half when exceeding 40 hours/week or 8 hours/day. There will be other work benefits/paid vacation and a minimum 30 hour weekly payment guarentee even when you are not needed.
