Landscaping Supervisor/Team Leader

Are you passionate about landscaping and ready to take on a leadership role? We’re looking for a Landscaping Supervisor/Team Leader to join our team.

In this role, you’ll oversee a team dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential landscaping who has prior leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a landscaping team in residential yard maintenance
Oversee and lead snow removal operations during the winter months
Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and on schedule
Train and mentor team members
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Operate landscaping equipment (lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.)

Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive with a trailer
