required house cleaner

We are moving on 31st August, we all roommates are working so we don’t have time to clean the house so we are looking for people or person who can clean the whole house for us. The house has a basement in which we have one big room and a half bathroom, on the main floor we have kitchen and a hall and upstairs we have one big bathroom one small bedroom and one small closet room and one big bathroom.
We are please to offer them $300 cleaning for the whole house.
