Day Laborer Wanted for small Residential Job

I’m preparing my basement for a new concrete slab, laying a French drain and removing excess dirt. It’s not technical work, but I’ve injured my back a little and need a day laborer to help out for a few days.
No experience is necessary, but a strong body and strong will and back will be very helpful.
I’ve done this several times in the past already and it’s worked out well. I pay cash, $18 per hour.
