Experienced Manager – Commercial Property Maintenence

We are a very busy contracting company 19 years in oporations in Edmonton and areas. We are looking to expand our managing department and currently accepting applycations for Project Manager Positions.
You must have a clean class 5 Ablerta drivers record, own transpotaion to and from our Edmonton office, experianced in driving 1 ton with goose neck / bumper trailer, skid steer- loader- sanding truck experience will be an asset and will put your application ahead of others.

Some areas of experienece need is as follows:
Managing Crew – Hiring – Training – Experiance in quoting and budget calculations – Knowledgeable in QuickBooks, Windows – Flexiable days and nights and full time availablility as per projects timeline – Capable of working under stressful deadlines, budgets, managing labour, material etc.
Safty committee, First aid, WHIMIS etc.
