Park Supervisor

Struthers Lake Regional Park requires a park supervisor May 1 – September 30, 2025. This is a full time seasonal contract, working weekends is necessary (other days off can be agreed upon at time of hiring). This position oversees the day to day activities related to the park operations and provides guidance and mentorship to the staff; management experience would be an asset.

Duties include (but are not limited to): Start and close up procedures (including water handling procedures), provide overall maintenance and caretaking duties of the park, maintain equipment (including maintenance logs), order and pick up supplies as needed, schedule employees, clean bathrooms, empty and haul garbage, cut/organize/deliver firewood, minor building maintenance, fee collection and documentation as required by the board, attend board meetings and report on issues/updates/project progress, adhere to and enforce park bylaws.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a couple as the job requires two people. Successful candidate must be willing to live at the lake, accommodations are provided. Struthers Lake Park Board would also be willing to hire one gatehouse supervisor and one maintenance supervisor.

Wage is negotiable.
