Job Posting: House Manager to Support Our Family’s Home and Heart
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing House Manager to manage the day-to-day tasks in our home, supporting our busy family of four. We are an easy-going, hard-working couple with 9-year-old twins and are looking for someone who can help us keep our home running smoothly. We’re searching for a friendly, creative, and highly organized individual who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial environment. If you enjoy taking care of others, have strong communication skills, and can work independently, we would love to hear from you!

About the Position:
Type: Part-time (approx. 10-20 hours per week) with potential to grow
Salary is dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Preparing meal plans and food preparation.
– Light housekeeping and various household projects.
– Laundry management.
– Maintaing the Grocery shopping list and list of household items that are needed. potentially the pick-up of pre-ordered groceries, and food preparation.
– Running errands as needed.
– Working from a rolling checklist of daily tasks, both assigned and self-assigned.
– Looking for creative ways to free up the family for higher-level activities.
– Contacting and supervising maintenance teams, contractors, vehicle detail companies, window washers, and other support services as needed.
– Organizing and regularly decluttering various areas of the home.
– managing seasonal schedules for the changing of cloths out for kids/managing the outgrowing of sizes etc.
– Providing general support to ensure the household runs smoothly.

Qualifications:
– Enjoys taking care of others and fostering a supportive environment.
– Confident in meal preparation.
– Highly organized with the ability to work independently.
– Comfortable working from a home office.
– Loyal, trustworthy, and dependable.
– Able to maintain a high level of task completion and organization by taking effective notes and following up on all tasks.
– Has a desire to be a part of the family and contribute to a smoothly running home.
