• Type: Part-time, Independent Contractor
• Hours: 16-20 hours per week (or on a project basis)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Multimedia Content Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and is passionate about creating engaging and impactful content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, writing, marketing, and content creation, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Newsletter Design: Create and design newsletters using Mailchimp.
Marketing Emails: Design and develop compelling marketing emails.
Content Creation: Produce engaging content for marketing materials, including promotional items.
Book Design: Design book covers and interior layouts for our educational resources.
Social Media Management: Develop and manage written content and graphics for social media, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Quality Control: Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of quality.
Audio and Video Editing: Edit and produce audio and video content for our digital platforms.
SEO Management: Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility.
Podcast Management: Editing podcast episodes to prepare them for distribution on various platforms.

Qualifications:
-Candidate must have completed a university or college diploma in any subject area.
-Candidate must be able to provide a portfolio of previous work

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or related roles.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in graphic design software.
• Experience with audio and video editing software.
• Familiarity with WordPress and SEO best practices.
• Experience with Mailchimp for email marketing.
• Experience managing posts on all major social media networks.
• Experience with podcast distribution platforms.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organization Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• Home office or quiet work environment
• Reliable PC and high-speed internet connection
• Availability to log into our virtual work systems during scheduled hours
