Job Title: Oil Change Team Member

Are you a people person? Self-motivated? Passionate about cars?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Lube It Oil Change is seeking full-time crew members and lube technicians to be part of our expanding team. No prior experience is necessary—we’ll provide the training you need to excel as a lube technician. You’ll learn how to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires, and perform other light maintenance services. All we ask is that you bring a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude to the shop.

Many of our top lube technicians joined us with no prior experience, coming from diverse backgrounds like restaurants, retail, landscaping, and other trades. If you’re ready to start a new career, we’re ready to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Drain motor oil and replace oil filters
Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure
Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
Restock and maintain inventory levels
Keep the work area clean and organized
Deliver outstanding customer service

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Capability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from the shop
