As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Accounting Inventory Clerk to our team of professionals in our Charlottetown, PEI office.
This position will support the production and accounting teams in the Accounting Inventory Clerk functions including:
- Effectively communicate with the accounting and management teams
- Communicate with outside warehouses and vendors
- Maintaining inventory count sheets and distribution
- Count inventory
- Reconciling inventory discrepancies and report discrepancies
- Initiate cycle counting and recounting of inventory and adjust when required
- Tracking incoming and outgoing products
- Process receipts of inventory
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels
- Complete Entries in Accounting & Production systems to balance and report inventory
- Participate in month end related duties
- Other project work as required
