– Must have experience with Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS)
– Proficiency in installing flashings is a huge asset
– Ability to be organized and detail-oriented

2. Laborers
– No experience needed, but prior experience is a plus
– Willingness to learn and grow within the company
– Strong organizational skills are an asset
